The entrance exam will take place on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 09:00 AM, and will be held in hybrid mode.

The entrance exam will last for three hours.

It consists of 120 multiple-choice questions:

• 40 questions in Biology
• 40 questions in Chemistry
• 40 questions in Physics

Passing Criteria:

• To pass the entrance exam, applicants must answer at least 60 questions correctly in total.

Results:

• The results of the entrance exam will be posted on the official website on Monday, July 7, 2025, after 1:00 PM.

All interested applicants for the summer entrance exam are cordially invited to apply for the intensive preparatory course in the fields of Biology, Chemistry and Physics, which will be held in the period from 1 July until 4 July 2025.
The entrance fee for the course attendance is € 800,00.

Applications will be open until Monday, 30 June 2025.

the preparatory course in the fields of Biology, Chemistry and Physics will be held in a hybrid mode (online) and simultaneously on-site in lecture room 1 (main Faculty building, ground floor, Braće Branchetta 20, Rijeka).

Applicants who are currently studying at another higher education institution within European Union, and who wish to continue their studies at the Faculty of Medicine Rijeka, University Integrated Undergraduate and Graduate Study Programme of Medicine in English language, may submit an application for transfer from 1 September until 15 September 2025 by submitting the request with attachments in person at the Faculty Registry Office (Pisarnica), or sent by post to the following address:
