GRADUATION CEREMONY – December 4, 2024

The graduation ceremony for Doctors of Medicine, University Masters and Bachelors of Environmental and Public Health, and University Bachelors of Medical Laboratory Diagnostics will take place at the Center Gervais  in Opatija on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, according to the following schedule:

  • 11:00 AM – Ceremony for University Masters and Bachelors of Environmental and Public Health, and University Bachelors of Medical Laboratory Diagnostics
  • 2:00 PM – Ceremony for Doctors of Medicine
Graduates participating in the ceremony at 11:00 AM should arrive at the Center Gervais in Opatija by 9:00 AM to collect their gowns, caps, and for the general rehearsal. Graduates participating in the ceremony at 2:00 PM should arrive by 12:00 PM.
Guests will be allowed entry to the Center Gervais  starting at 10:45 AM for the 11:00 AM ceremony and at 1:45 PM for the 2:00 PM ceremony.
The graduation ceremony will be led by:

  • Professor Josip Španjol, MD, PhD- Vice Dean for Business Affairs
  • Professor Ivana Marić, MD, PhD- Vice Dean for Teaching
  • Associate Professor Sandra Pavičić Žeželj, PhD- Vice Dean for the Study of Environmental and Public Health and Study of Medical Laboratory Diagnostics
  • Professor Marina Šantić, PhD- Vice Dean for Scientific Research Activity
  • Associate Professor Lara Batičić, PhD- Head of University Integrated Undergraduate and Graduate Study of Medicine in English
